Delete your account
This page covers every My Days app by True Perspective. Each app has its own sign-in, so deleting your account in one app removes that app's synced days. If you signed in to more than one app, delete the account in each.
In the app
In the My Days app, open You → Delete account. You will be asked to sign in again. If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke the Apple token, then delete your account and everything synced to it.
By email
Write to [email protected] from the address on the account (or tell us how you signed in), and say which apps. We will delete the account and its data in each of them.
What is deleted: your sign-in, every synced setting, day, session, place, person and piece of gear in that app, and the Sign in with Apple token when that is how you signed in. Your accounts in other My Days apps stay until you delete them there.
What is kept: App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat purchase records (needed to restore Pro and for store accounting), and crash reports for about 90 days.
Never signed in
If you never signed in, there is no account on our side. Uninstalling an app removes its days from the phone. There is nothing for us to delete on the server.
